are they licensed? (dog boarders/ day care must be licensed)

We appreciate that entrusting us with the care of your pet is an important and difficult decision. Simply the Pets has been in business for over 10 years so you can rest assured that you will be dealing with a professional and reputable organisation. We like to reassure our clients by having clear Standards of Practice that we follow.

An additional charge of £8 will apply for key collections, key returns and additional in-home consultations

Dog Walking services are invoiced monthly in arrears via email. Payment is due on invoice.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure pet sitting bookings. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the start date. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received.
We accept payment via internet transfer or cheque. We do not accept cash payments. Late payment charges may apply.
A 50% additional charge applies to all bank holidays except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day where double rates will apply.
We are unable to offer Dog Walking services on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings. Cancellations received within 1 week of the first scheduled visit will be charged in full.
Dog Walking & Puppy Care
Cancellations must be received by 12pm the day before the scheduled walk. Cancellations received after this time will be charged in full.
